The right support worker for you

Having someone help you with personal care can take some getting used to. That’s why we do everything we can to help you feel comfortable with the right support worker for you, including:

Personality matching

Cultural understanding

Qualified in your specific area of need

Male or female support workers

Our support workers hold the following:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid Certificate and CPR

Working with Children Check

Current Police Check

Minimum of 12 months’ work-related experience in similar role

Competent in written and verbal communication

A minimum of two professional references have been completed for each support worker working for our organisation

Many have:

Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or Community Support or equivalent or are working toward.  

Valid Driver’s Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
